Art: think you can't afford it? For just £1 (£2 now), you can now buy an original piece of art from a vending machine. Artist John Hayward found an old vending machine in a skip in 1995 and set about starting up a unique way of taking original artwork to the people. That was in Bristol, but now his Hayvend machines have hit London. The idea was to find a unique way of promoting and distributing artists work and allow average people to own unique pieces of art.
